The Villa

Click for an enlarged view the entrance to the villa. This unusual south facing villa is in a small, exclusive community overlooking Moraira on the Costa Blanca. The villa is lived in by the owners for up to 6 months of the year, so is well equipped, furnished, maintained and looked after as a family home. It will sleep six people, with beds for two more in a large spare room that is ideal for children. There is one double bedroom with en suite bath/shower room, and two twin bedrooms on the floor below sharing another bath/shower room.
The villa provides stunning views of the village and bay of Moraira and of the mountains leading down to the sea.
Click for an enlarged view the Pool Area About 100m away is a newly refurbished swimming pool and barbecue area for use only by residents or tenants of the community.
There is parking space for one car alongside the villa. Other spaces are available outside the electronic gates that control access to the community, making it a very safe and secure residential area. The village of Moraira with its fine beaches, restaurants and other amenities is just 4 km away - easily reached by car in less than 10 minutes.
The twin bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bath and shower room, and bidet. Each of the twin bedrooms on the ground floor shares a bath and shower room, with bidet. The main bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and sea views.
A cot and mattress can be provided for young families.
